Welcome to Cardiff Family Practice

Cardiff Family Practice is a general medical practice serving the residents, employees and employers of the Cardiff and surrounding suburbs.

We are a fully Accredited Practice.

We were a one GP practice up until August 2009 when Dr Kavita Chhillar joined us, and in 2015 Dr Robert Yates joined us. Sadly Dr Hayes retired and we now have Dr Monika Mehta working here.

We have endured two major floods the first in 1990 and the most recent in June 2007 which wiped out almost everything in the surgery and an earthquake in 1989.

I’d say this surgery is a survivor. We are a caring surgery with wonderful staff, but if I do say so this is a friendly family practice which is a pleasure to work at.
